Do you provide legal advice?

No.

Do you offer to monitor mediations? 

No. However, we did leave room in our business model to one day incorporate consultations with reputable legal counsel to discuss having additional support for your mediation if you're involved in family court proceedings. 

 

You will be able to discuss your case and opt to hire additional legal services to protect yourself, your children, your assets and your best interests during the process. Stay tuned for more details!

Do you pick sides? 

No. Our team is intentional about remaining neutral by reporting only the facts, reviewing the evidence, collecting unbiased observations and following up with an accurate report reflecting what was witnessed in compliance to the highest standards for SV services.

If one party is paying for the service and one party is not paying, does the supervisor have bias for one parent over another?

What are the payment options?

Once we understand the needs of your case, meaning services requested, we will establish a payment agreement in collaboration with any court orders or mediation settlement agreement and in conjunction with the supervisor(s) overseeing the visitations. The fee agreement will include the details and services rendered upon an individual basis. Accepted forms of payment: Venmo, Cash, Money Order

Can I host play dates and visits for family members during my visitations?

Unless otherwise specified in the court order or unless any interaction proves to be unhealthy or unsafe for the child(ren); Parents are able to organize playdates, outings with their children, and interactions with loved ones. We strongly believe in keeping your children as involved in their established routines, friendships, and family life as much as possible.
